He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Smith and Lila Smith; his son Kenny Smith; and his son-in-law Harold Anderson Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Norcom Smith of Salter Path; his children, Ralph Keith Smith (Teresa) of Cocoa, FL and Barbara Anderson of Salter Path; and his grandchildren, Tal Anderson III (Rachel) of Raleigh, Benny Anderson (EJ) of Morehead City, Brandi Smith of Morehead City and Barie Rubin (Jason) of Titusville, FL. He is also survived by seven great granddaughters; and many nieces and nephews.
