She was predeceased by: her parents, A. R. Pennington and Bettie Davis Pennington of Black Creek, NC; her husband Lloyd D Minshew; her siblings, Ronald Pennington and Rae Pennington Belet; and her son-in-law Kenneth Barrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Rich (Bill) of Raleigh and Frankie Barrow of Bath; her grandchildren, Christy Rich, Tiffany Rich, Heather Gentry (Owen Gentry) and Hollie Barrow; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Gentry, Raley Gentry, Bella Barrow and Lillian Barrow.
