He was predeceased by: his father William "Junior" Gilbert. He is survived by: his mother Glenda Queen Gilbert; his wife Debbie Gilbert; his siblings, Larry Gilbert (Gail) of Rockwell, NC and Melissa Swink (Donnie) of Rockwell, NC; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; four great-nephews; one great-niece.
