We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2024, at the age of 85, William Kenneth Cannon of Salisbury, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Maxie Allison. He is survived by: his brother Jack Cannon (Nina) of Greenville; his sons, Rick Cannon (Beatriz) of Houston and Reggie Cannon (Sue) of Morehead City; his granddaughters, Rachel Godeaux (Derik), Lauren Nevitt (Sam), Kristen Godeaux (Seth) of Lafayette, Jordan Parnin (John) of Greenville, Macy Cannon (Kalee) of Fuquay Varina and Kaitlyn Gallagher (Billy) of Morehead City; his stepgrandson Jeff Ries (Meghan) of Clayton; the mother of his children Patsy Beddard of Morehead City; and also Carlotta Upton of Salisbury. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, Kannapolis, the Charlotte Rescue Mission, or your local Salvation Army, his favorite charities.
