He was predeceased by: his father Jerry H. Carter. He is survived by: his mother Paulette Leazer Carter; and his wife Penny Carter. He is also survived by his mother, two sisters, a brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials the family requests that they can be made to Powles Staton Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
