He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eugene and Nina Stines Bell; and his siblings, Edward Bell, Franklin Bell, David Bell and Susan Nieto-Reyes.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Roediger Bell; his children, Daniel Timothy Bell, Revonda Marlene Denny (James), Sherri Renee Bell and Thomas F. Bell II (Beth); his siblings, Alvin Bell (Dona), Roy Bell (Elmer), Michael Bell (Cathy), Gary Bell (Vicki), Judy Dixon and Richard Bell; and his daughter Julie Adams. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
