Sue Coughenour Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2022, at the age of 74, Sue Coughenour of Salisbury, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucca Avant and Walker Lorenzo Avant; her husband Harold L. Coughenour; her sons, Deron Lee Coughenour and Kevin Neil Coughenour; her granddaughter Destiny Coughenour; and her siblings, William Avant and Sandra McHelnie.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Coughenour of Edenton, NC, Rhett Coughenour of Kannapolis, Erica Miller (Randall Geades) of China Grove and Rhonda Cornish (Raymond) of Landis; and her brother Richard Avant. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
