He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lawrence Hall and Annie Belle Morgan; and his brother-in-law Bill Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hall; his siblings, Susie Freeman of Salisbury and Chris Hall (Susan) of Salisbury; and his stepsons, Jeffrey Holshouser of Salisbury and Richard Holshouser of Salisbury. He is also survived by his 3 step-grandchildren; and his 1 step-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for all memorials to be sent to the Christiana Lutheran Church.
