He is survived by: his wife Eugenia Cline Scoggins; his son Clint Scoggins of Troy; his sister Maxine Carlyle of Salisbury; his stepchildren, Lynn Milstead of Salisbury and Mike Workman; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Mandy, Natalie Milstead, Austin and RJ Scoggins.
