He is survived by: his parents, Eleanor Potts of Salisbury and George Small (Bonnie) of Salisbury; his wife Karen Williams Small; his daughter Charly Small of Rocky Point, NC; his sister Cyndi Thomason (David) of Harrison; his niece Alaina Thomason of Bellingham; and his friends, Mark Stiller, Ethan Hiatt, Carey Barbee, Bernestine and Tiffany. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
