He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Hawkins and Frances Hawkins (Bostian); his sister Susan File; and his father-in-law Edward Brown. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brown Hawkins; his son Tony Hawkins (Wendi); his grandchildren, Chase, Caylee, Caidee and Colten Hawkins; his pet Connor; and his mother-in-law Marlene Brown.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church (229 Westover Ave, Kannapolis, NC 28081).
