He is survived by: his children, Vivian Saronawaski (Kenny), Reba Reid (JR) and Bruce Cornelison (Kim); the mother of his children Emma Estelle Leach; his siblings, Lois Davis and Jerry Cornelison (Phyllis); and his grandchildren, Christopher Blackwell (Heather), Scott Newton (Katerine), Michael Blackwell (Nancy), Kimberly Hipp (Eric), Nicholas Newton, Ashley Corl (Matt), Kari Taylor and Tiffany McIntyre (Jay). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home & Cremation Service (908 Albemarle Rd, Asheboro, NC 27203). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
