She was predeceased by: her parents, E. D. Meares and Mary Alice Meares; her adoptive mother Lila McCain; her husband Normal Ivey Singletary, Sr.; and her children, AnDe Dick and Chip Singletary.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Singletary of Richfield and Suzan Dabbs (John) of Concord; her son-in-law Gary Dick; and her grandchildren, Natalie Singletary, Autumn Simmons (Davey), April Riedel (Danny), Kristi Conner (Eric), Barrett Dabbs (Sarah), Taylor Guarino (Mike) and Andrew Dabbs (Anna). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Oaks Skilled Care Chapel (820 Klumac Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
