With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Leonard of Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Viola Freeman Wilson and Thomas Theodore Wilson, Sr.; her husband Olen Ray Leonard; her son John Douglas Earnhardt; and her siblings, Thomas T. Wilson, Jr., Giles Ray Wilson (Pauline), Wallace Luke Wilson and Hazel Wilson Dorsett (Clyde).
She is survived by: her children, Sabrina E. Kelley, Robin Thomas Basinger, Kay Howard Rich (Joe), Jerry Earnhardt and Rick Earnhardt; her brother Joseph Paul Wilson; her sister-in-law Donna Wilson; her daughter-in-law Betty Jo Earnhardt; and her friends, Vernon Bennett, Dale Brown and Kim Walton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
