He is survived by: his mother Lillian Kluttz Waycaster of Salisbury; and his siblings, Kimberly Meng (Allen Stone) of Salisbury, Kevin Carr (Eileen Carr) of Salisbury, Billy Waycaster (Janie Waycaster) of Lexington and David Carr of Salisbury.
