With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Frances Basinger (Salisbury, North Carolina), who passed away on March 24, 2025 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mary is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mary's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Fred Basinger; her grandchildren, Tiffany Michele Hall Rhodes of Kannapolis and Michael Todd Basinger (Mary) of Mocksville; and her children, Tiffany and Junior.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (701 E Lafayette St, Salisbury, NC 28144). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Rowan Memorial Park (4125 Franklin Comm Center Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144).
