He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearle Honbarger Casper and Bowers M. Casper; his wife Carol "Bonnie" Menius Casper; and his siblings, Clyde Casper, Fred Casper, Lucille Cranfield and Mary Morgan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Casper Peeler (Eddie) of Cleveland, NC and Linda Casper Miller (Jeff) of Richfield, NC; and his grandchildren, Mattison Miller, April Abernethy and Kristina Abernethy.
