He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Rivenbark and Eleanor Rivenbark; and his brother Jeff Rivenbark. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Doug and Jamie (Keira); his grandchildren, Maddox, Julie, Aubrey and Kadence; and his siblings, Faith (Rocky) and Rodney (Joy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
