He is survived by: his great-aunt Annie Mauney Norton; his children, Bettye K. Norton Russell and Kenneth Watson Norton, II; and his grandchildren, Ryan Russell, Ellen Russell Franklin, Derrick Norton, Kenneth Norton and Nicholas Norton. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
