He was predeceased by: his mother Alberta Talbert; his wife Mildred Shankle Talbert; his grandson Clifford Talbert; and his sisters, Evelyn T. Roberts and Dorothy Rose Talbert.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Talbert, II, Warren Talbert (Jo Marie) of Jeanerette, LA and Shelia Talbert of California; and his siblings, Paul Talbert, Sr. (Betty Jean) of Lexington, Dwight Talbert, Sr. of Lexington, Kiwana Talbert Crump of Lexington, Brenda Talbert of Lexington, Irma Talbert of Greensboro and Norma Talbert of Lexington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
