She is survived by: her husband Thomas Sidney Lewis; her sons, Aaron Lewis (Deana) of Kannapolis, NC and Jacob Lewis (Jesenia) of Concord, NC; her grandchildren, Jack Lewis and Katie Lewis of Kannapolis; bonus grandchildren; Brandon White and Yani White of Concord; her siblings-in-law, Debie Kithcart (Lynn) of Wysox, PA and Jim Lewis (Autumn) of Towanda, PA; her close friends, George, Marian Merewether of Clayton, NC, Dave and Linda Van Aken of Richmond, VA; and also, David Kounlamith, Chad Merewether, David L. Van Aken and Brian Van Aken. She is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews; and two cousins.
