He is survived by: his wife Barbara Anne Robison Waggoner; his children, Julius Daniel Waggoner Jr., Rosalind Anne Waggoner Hines (Danny) and Marsha Elizabeth Waggoner Gniadek (Jeff); his grandchildren, Julius Daniel Waggoner III, Rebecca Elaine Waggoner Jancic (Tim), Walter Bradley Waggoner, Madison Anastasia Hines Schmoll (Steven), Noah Asher Hines, Joshua Matthew Gniadek (Jennifer), Allison Noel Gniadek Doane (Micah), Molly Elizabeth Gniadek, James Christopher Gniadek and Andrew Jacob Gniadek; and his great grandchildren, Caleb James Jancic, Elaina Marie Jancic and Emma Grace Gniadek.
