He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Ray Moore and Jackie Rose Moore; his wife Angela Torbush Moore; his stepchildren, Devin Anthony Blackwelder, Frankie Ray Blackwelder, Julian Carl Blackwelder and Salaura Alane Blackwelder; and his grandchildren, Hazley Jane Blackwelder and Lilith Kay McLain.
