It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Elaine Farrington Owings Samuelson of Salisbury, North Carolina, born in Concord, North Carolina, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow "Woody" Farrington and Carrie Harker Farrington; and her cousins, Joyce Morton Boggs and Pat Morton Cook. She is survived by: her husband Dana Samuelson of Salisbury; her son Jeffery Owings (Katie) of Kannapolis; the father of her child Richard Owings (Helen) of Concord; her cousin Frances Stanley of Greensboro; and her pets, Marley and Shar. She is also survived by 6 aunts; 3 uncles.
