He is survived by: his wife Brenda Chapman; his daughters, Lynn Kretzer (Claud), Tracy Pendleton (Currie) and Kim Chapman; his grandchildren, Michelle Kesler, Brooke Rowe, Ashley Harper, Lyndsey Shinn Tijerina, Billie Daily, Emmy Pendleton, Kyah Chapman and Jon Pendleton; and his sister Judy Hamrick (Randy).

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138).
