He is survived by: his siblings, Lasandra Kelly, Vivian Surratt (Iverson) of Winston-Salem, Hubert Kelly, Jr. (Leslie) of Suitland, Terry Kelly and Kenneth Kelly of Winston-Salem; his great-niece LaVonda Kelly; his close friend Tonya Dawkins (family: Torez, Tyrell, Toya Dawkins); and his friends, Delores LeeCost and Rufus Smith. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
