He is survived by: his wife Vickie Earnhardt; his brothers, Sam Earnhardt (Sherry) of Faith and Reggie Earnhardt (Terri) of Rockwell; his daughter Suzanne Earnhardt of George; his stepchildren, Tammy Ridenhour (Michael) of Millingport, Steven Hatley (Lynne) of Albemarle, Brenda Hatley of Albemarle and Linda Russell (Mike) of Albemarle; and his stepgrandsons, Kenneth Ridenhour, Keith Ridenhour, Dustin Beachum, Tyler Martin, Travis Martin, Joshua Hicks and Justin Hicks. He is also survived by his 5 step great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
