He is survived by: his wife Lory Rutland; his daughters, Eva Johnson (Ralph) of Brunswick and Josette Rutland-Burrus (Wilson) of Douglas Ga; and his siblings, Clifford Rutland (Joyce) of Puyallup, Clinton Rutland (Ruthie) of Rochester, NY, Charles Rutland (Mary) of Wrens and Debra Rutland of Winter Garden. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and sorrowing friends.
