James Allen Rary Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Allen Rary of Salisbury, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact James Allen had on those he encountered along his journey. Though James Allen may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rary and Rebecca Jean Phifer Rary; and his sister Judy Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Diane McBride Rary; his daughter Kimbla Pharis Overcash; his sister Deborah Barbagelata; his grandchildren, Kirstie Diane Beasley and Dalton Cody Beasley; and his great grandchild Jace Remy Beasley (Sassy).

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Lawn Memorial Park (1350 S Main St, China Grove, NC 28023).
