He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Monroe Earnhardt and Virginia Russ Earnhardt; and his siblings, Charlie Monroe Earnhardt, Delmar Ray Earnhardt, Doris Earnhardt Carter, Delcie Earnhardt Smith, Carolyn Earnhardt Cress and Patricia Earnhardt Bowers.

He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Myers Earnhardt (Jenny); his children, Brian Wesley Earnhardt (Amber) of Salisbury and Kristie Earnhardt Henry (Eric) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Harley Earnhardt, Delilah Earnhardt, Mae Henry, Linus Henry, Annabelle Henry and Alaina Long; and his sister Ruth Earnhardt Julian of Salisbury.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (205 St Paul Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Capital Improvement Fund at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 205 St. Paul's Church Road, Salisbury, NC 28146.
