It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Wagoner West (Salisbury, North Carolina), who passed away on April 10, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Daniel Wagoner and Jane Overman Norvell Wagoner; and her husband David Philip West. She is survived by: her sons, Ralph Daniel West (Bill) of Pinehurst, NC, David Philip West Jr. (Lee) of Shelburne, VT, Edward Walter West (Katherine) of Salisbury, MD and William Norvell West (Amy) of Wilmington, NC; her grandchildren, Margaret Catherine Flack, Harrison Barbour West, Connor James West, Hannah Pearl West, Claire Norvell West, Jonathan Palmer West and Alexander Cecil West; and her sisters, Jane Gamewell of Salisbury, NC and Karen Nielsen of Huntsville, Alabama..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rockingham. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Chestnut Hill Cemetery (1134 S Main St, Salisbury, NC 28144).
