She is survived by: her brothers, James, Fred, Paul and Johnny Lambe; her sons, Louis and John Jacobs (Patricia); her grandchildren, Laura Diaz (Ulises) and Jonathan Jacobs of Salisbury; her great grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Bonnie) of Salisbury, Jaleska of Salisbury, Stephen Diaz of Salisbury, Lucy Shores of Salisbury and Desiree Rincon (Dennis Eames) of Glendale, CA; her great great grandchildren, Katelyn, Jeremy, Jacob and Josiah Smith of Salisbury; her siblings, Ralph Lambe of Salisbury, NC., Louise Nicholas of Salisbury, NC. and Ruth Fisher (Jack) of Salisbury, NC.; her granddaughter-in-law Bonnie; her daughter Katelyn Smith; her daughter-in-law Patricia Jacobs; and also Candelario Rincon of Salisbury, NC..
