With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Evelyn Dianna Hudson of Salisbury, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Benjamin Harris and Willie Glen Harris; and her siblings, Joseph, Theodore, Hazel, Edith, Clara, Dorothy, John, Byard and Helen.
She is survived by: her brother Elwood Harris; her children, Dianna Shankle, Pete Sanderlin, Gloria Sanderlin and Ronald Sanderlin; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Jeff (Danielle), Christopher (Kendall) and Madison (Joseph). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A burial will be held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2730 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
