She was predeceased by: her parents, Molly Dowd and William Dowd; her husband John Carr; her daughter Cynthia Carr; her sister Joanie Ryan; and her boyfriend Frank Whelan.

She is survived by: her children, Suzanne, Jeffrey, John and Jeremy; her grandchildren, Colin, Briana, Catalina, Finlay and Quillen Carr; and her sister Mary Jo Delaney.
