She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Rowe and Thomas Milton Shoaf of Salisbury; her husband Buck Withers; her son Reed Withers; and her siblings, Jean Shoaf Holshouser, Anne Shoaf Loeblein and Thomas Milton Shoaf, Jr. (Betty).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Withers, Grace Miller, Sarah Vigilant (Bill), George Withers (Inam) and June Simko (Mark); her grandchildren, Ashlee, Ben, Mike, Monica, Paul, Andrew, Daniel and Drew; and her great grandchildren, Bella, Faith, Norah, Charlotte and Cleopatra.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church.
