He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Julian and Edhrey Brown Julian; and his wife Jannette Howard Julian. He is survived by: his children, Kelley Kisor (Tom) of Salisbury, NC, Scott Julian (Delene) and Travis Julian; and his grandson Zachary Julian (Noel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
