She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustine Mola and Gertrude Edson Mola. She is survived by: her husband Robert George Carr; her daughter Tracey Carr Peoples (David) of Salisbury; her grandson Tyler Lee Peoples; her brothers, Edward Mola of Rotonda West, FL and Philip Mola (Marie) of Tallahassee, FL; her cousin Pat Mobley of Middleboro, MA; and her pets, Bella and Kitty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family members and special friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Matthews Lutheran Church (9275 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
