He is survived by: his wife Barbara Earlywine Waller; his children, David Waller Jr. (Becky), Mark Waller and Renee Waller; his stepsons, Kevin Caldwell (Merrie) and Brian Caldwell (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Jordan Waller, Brooke Waller, Madison Waller, Morgan Waller, Harley Dellinger, Jessica Rhoney, Kennedie Lindsay, Savanna Carpenter, Grant Waller and Christopher Lindsay.
