He was predeceased by: his father Eddy Nelson Land; and his stepfather Richard Leroy Raymond. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Agner Raymond; and his siblings, Rodney Nelson Land (Ginger), Rick Raymond (Becca), Randy Raymond (Cheri), Lawrence Raymond (Eve), Renee Raymond (Joe) and Anita Raymond (Ned).
