He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Harold Harrigan and Melva Jordan Harrigan. He is survived by: his children, Allison Walters, David Harrigan (Joanna) and Alex Harrigan; his grandchildren, Ellie, Will Walters, Parker and David Harrigan; his brother Philip Harold Harrigan, Jr.; and his friend Winfred Kluttz. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew.
