He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald G. Loflin and Anne B. Rose; his brother David M. Loflin; his stepparents, Bill Rose, Pat Loflin and George Veach; and his stepsister Wendy Yountz.
He is survived by: his wife Trudy Loflin; his children, Timothy Loflin and Christina Loflin; his grandchildren, Carter Loflin, Haley Brewer and Megan Brewer; his great grandchild Milo; his sister Laurie Steckler (Fritz); his niece Sierra Steckler; and his stepsiblings, Robert Hastings, Billy Veach (Beth), Bobby Veach (Lisa), Kathy Earnhardt and Susan Veach. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
