She was predeceased by: her father Danny Crisco; and her nephew Andy Myers. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Sellers of Salisbury; her husband Jerry "Dell" Blevins; her sons, Jeremy Blevins (Paula Nicole) and Christopher Barnette; her sisters, Sonya Allman (Alan) and Belinda Crisco (Mike); her grandchildren, CJ Barnette, Dillon Barnette and Kendall Barnette; her nieces, Britney, Alicia and Magen; and her nephew Cody. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Christian Fellowship.
