He is survived by: his brothers, Jason Parnell (Alison) and Joseph Logan Parnell; his grandfather Robert Bare (Mary); his aunts and uncles, Meredith Bare Smith (Jarrod), Sherre Bare Brogdon (Bob) and Jeff Bare; his nieces and nephews, Serenity Lynn Parnell, Caylee Matthews, Chloe Matthews, Ethan Thomas Parnell and Evan Lee Parnell; and his friend Shawn.
