It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Skinner Cira of Salisbury, North Carolina, born in Flemington, New Jersey, who passed away on March 16, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William N. Skinner; and her husband Anthony S. Cira, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Anthony S. Cira, Jr. (Cheri) of Salisbury, Raymond Murray (Elaine) of Fulton and Rose Ogden of Oswego; and her siblings, William Skinner (Roni) of Florida, Patrick Skinner (Connie) of Myrtle Beach, James Skinner (Renata) of New Jersey, Maureen Smith and Kate Bartku of Florida. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
