He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Van and Lena Troutman Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife Lee; his sister Nancy Wagoner of Salisbury; his daughters, Shanna Wagoner of High Point, Amy Wagoner of Salisbury, Jacqui Warner of Lake and Michelle Hill (Andy) of Salisbury; and his grandchildren, Caleb Wagoner, Briana Peacock, Victoria Holshouser and Julia Holshouser. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Special Olympics or the Boys and Girls Home Lake Waccamaw.
