With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Billy Ray Clark (Salisbury, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 21, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Clark and Vera Mae Boyd (Dunaway); his stepfather Robert Boyd; and his siblings, Katy Sue Newton, Lola Mae Boyd, Oakley Clark Jr. and Rouggie Boyd.

He is survived by: his wife Pat Shay of Feather Falls; his children, Rhonda Tryon (Paul), Cathie Pavkovic (Stevo), Daniel "Rex" Clark and Taryn Nichols (Craig); and his sisters, Luna Steele and Louise Tullis. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
