He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Smith and Edward Wehmeyer. He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Walton; his children, Christopher Lee Wehmeyer and Caitlin Burchette (Tim); his siblings, Edward "Bubba" Wehmeyer, Jr. of Pearl, MS and Deborah Carole McFadden of Raymond, MS; and his grandchildren, Cameron Thompson (Katy), Luke Burchette and Noah Wehmeyer.
