He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Glenn Barber, Sr. and Mary Lizzy Barber; and his sister Ruby Mercer (late John). He is survived by: his wife Glenda K. Barber; his stepson Michael Rymer (Jennifer) of Salisbury; his nieces, Regina Carol Watson of Linwood, Barbara Riedell of West Virginia and Jennifer; and his nephew Andy Berkley of Salisbury.
