She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Johnson and Susie Whitaker Johnson; her husband C. D. "Red" Goodman; and her brothers, Willie Gray Johnson and Billy "Shorty" Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Junior Goodman (Suzanne McLimore) of Salisbury, NC, David Goodman (Wanda) and Elizabeth Moore (Mike) of Salisbury, NC; and her grandchildren, Heather Stewart (Cody) and Damian Moore (Rhonda). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Grace Lower Stone Church (2410 Lower Stone Church Rd, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
