She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Luther Kimble, Jr. and Mildred Naomi Thomas Kimble. She is survived by: her husband James Lee Lyerly; her daughters, Sherry Lyerly-Tarner (Brian) of Salisbury and Michelle Lyerly Miller of Salisbury; her grandchildren, Matthew Miller (Lauren), Brandon Miller (Hannah), Sarah Tarner, Ali Tarner (Zack Parks) and Ethan Tarner; her great grandchildren, Maisie Parks, Walker, Linley Miller and Ivy Miller; her sister Renee Evans; her nephew Jason Evans; and her great-nephew Tyler Evans.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (205 St Paul Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146).
